The Lord Ashley is a forty six unit, luxury condominium community which will be
built on the corner of Highway 61 Expressway and Ripley Point Drive, adjacent to

Review (BAR) and is in process for Preliminary Approval, Final Approval and

The Developer, Littlefield and Associates along with the David Drye Company,

communities. They have been in business since the 1970. At the Lord Ashley you

There will be a Homeowners Association created to cover Insurance, Maintenance
and Amenities, and this shall be further discussed at Contract Signing.
