The Lord Ashley is a forty six unit, luxury condominium community which will be
built on the corner of Highway 61 Expressway and Ripley Point Drive, adjacent to
Ripley Cove and the Ashley River and its Marshlands, in Charleston, South
Carolina. It has received Conceptual Approval from the Board of Architectural
Review (BAR) and is in process for Preliminary Approval, Final Approval and
